Base Board: Chipboard is 4 times thicker than standard paperboard (ranging from 1.2 mm to 3 mm thick).
Process: The chipboard is die-cut, grooved on all edges, folded, and overlaid with a PLC (Printed Laminated Cover).
Cover Material: Typically 130 gsm to 180 gsm printed and embellished art paper. Alternative covering materials include PU, fabric, and leather.
