Our premium rigid boxes feature dense chipboards 4 times thicker than standard boards (1.2 mm to 3 mm thick). Each board is die-cut, grooved along all edges, folded, and wrapped in a high-grade PLC (Printed Laminated Cover) using 130 GSM to 180 GSM printed and embellished art paper. Special outer overlays like PU, fabric, or luxury synthetic leather are also available.
